Since I’ve been updating the website, I’ve found quite a few archives that never went published. Like ever. Blogging can be a difficult thing when you’re shooting close to 40 weddings every year, and my goal this year is to share more, and more often!

Amanda and Prince are a cute and quiet couple who are a bit more reserved, but love to laugh and have a good time. Prince also has the best taste in music, and you’ll see from their wedding shortly that this can help create the easy going vibe that these two embody.

When we were deciding on a location for their engagement shoot, they told me that they both love the water. I do too, so when we chose the Des Moines Marina, a place where I’ve photographed before, I was more than excited.
